All work completed up to May 20, 2025, will be honored as outlined in our signed engagement letter. However your contract with Capture Credits will formally be terminated, and you are free to pursue arrangements with another service provider.
We will continue screening for Work Opportunity Tax Credits (WOTC) for up to 60 days, allowing your company time to transition to a new provider without interruption. The last date of new screening for Capture will be July 19, 2025.
If your previous pending credits are still being processed by state agencies, you may continue receiving approvals for up to three years due to delays in their processing timelines.
We will still require accurate payroll information to be able to determine the final value of credits which will be requested on a yearly basis pending any new certifications.
We will continue to provide a yearly 5884 IRS tax form if any new credits are generated in the future.
All credits generated after contract termination will be billed at the rate which was agreed upon and outlined in the contract.
